Dulwich Park and Picture Gallery – Wed 11 Feb 2026

9 members enjoyed a slow mooch around the park on a rather grey day but the rain held off. A select few went on to enjot the work of Anna Ancher and others went home. A peacefulday of catching up with old friends for the slower walkers

Train from Victoria to West Dulwich 10.12 arrives 10.24. Victoria station is on the circle and district lines. It is also feasible to drive and park in the Bel Air Carpark which is on the corner of Gallery road and Thurlow Park Road and a very short walk to the station entrance (That's my plan)

From the station we will walk through Belair park for coffee at the gallery and then cross the road to enter the park to circumnavigate it and exit via Court Lane into the village for lunch

Gallery entrance tickets are £18 with no discounts for ANYONE. Entrance to the main gallery is free for Art Fund members. If you want to prebook a ticket, estimated time of arrival is 2.30pm but when I visited it seemed quite quiet.

Your return to the station will be independent depending on how long you take at the gallery.
